Damand Bakery & Café ("Damand", "we", "us") operates this website to share our menu, story, and to let customers reach us for orders and catering enquiries. This page explains what information we collect through the site and how it's used.
What we collect
- Catering quote requests: company/event name, contact number, event date, guest count, and any details you type in the request form.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Nothing else is collected automatically by this site itself — we don't run our own analytics or advertising trackers directly on these pages at this time.
How it's used
Information submitted through our forms is used only to respond to your enquiry (for example, preparing a catering quote) or to send occasional updates if you've subscribed. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers below, strictly to deliver the function you requested.
Third-party services
- FormSubmit.co delivers form submissions (catering requests and newsletter sign-ups) to our email inbox. Its own privacy practices apply to how it transmits that data — see formsubmit.co/privacy-policy.
- Google Maps and Google Fonts are embedded to show our location and load our typography; Google's own privacy policy applies to any data these embeds process.
- Talabat and noon Food handle any order placed through their apps or websites under their own separate privacy policies — Damand does not see your payment details in these cases.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time by emailing Damand.bakery@gmail.com.
